Ready for change?

Do you want to optimise how you look, feel and perform?

Maybe your doctor has advised you to make diet and lifestyle changes?

Perhaps you've tried all this before, it didn't work and you're unsure where to start?

The Diet & Lifestyle Project is here for you

AN INTRODUCTION

I am Jack Ruston. I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I haven’t always lived in the way I do now. I definitely haven’t always felt or looked this way.

From my 20s working hard (and playing hard) in the music industry, to my 30s as an exhausted new parent, to struggling with stress and severe digestive issues in my 40s, it's taken me a long time to find a sustainable approach that really works.

I've explored the extreme diets, the supplement regimes and the latest 'biohacks'. Let me spare you all that. Let me steer you around the social media noise, directly to an approach tailored to your unique requirements.
